Not to worry!
It freaks out most new owners. The car will not VTEC (go beyond about 6600 rpm) until the engine warms up. Wait until three boxes show up in your temp guage and start again. If it continues, check your oil. My guess though is that your car was just not warmed up.

Weird. 99.99% of the time it's a cold engine. Is it a hard stop, like the rev limiter? Is it always at the same rpm? Happens all the time?
Check your oil level and the wire connection to the MAP sensor (the little thing on top of the throttle body.) If it still happens, take it to the dealer.

The car is warm, it is a hard cutoff and it happens every time, not occassionally.
I have put on a low pressure turbo (5lb) and intercooler, S-AFC, missing link, 340 fuel pump.
I had the car on the dyno and had several good pulls (tuning the S-AFC). The only code I am throwing is an 02 sensor (which it was already throwing).
On my last pull on the dyno it just started having a hard cutoff at 7000. Very consistent, and very frustrating!!!
Thanks for any help you can give!!!

Ok, you've got a Missing Link (boost cut defender?) and an SAFC. Both intercept the MAP signal. The ML clamps it to 2.9V. The SAFC uses this line to tell the ECU to add more fuel. So if you are using the SAFC to richen the mix then either:
A) You have the missing link upstream. It's clamping the MAP signal. But the SAFC is then upping this signal and confusing the ECU which is throwing a wobbly.
B) You have the SAFC upstream. It is raising the MAP signal. But the ML is then clamping it to 2.9V so you are running lean and the ECU is throwing a wobbly.
As it appears the only thing you have controlling fuel is the SAFC then you are running at great risk and should be very grateful you even have 0-7000rpms.
You need at least a boost dependant FPR (like the Comptech and Vortech run) but better still a full E-manage and bigger injectors.
BTW, I have a Vortech FPR spare if you require it.
