Help find out if spark plugs need to be replace

oh I know, but since I blew my motor from having one break and scour my engine wall. I been cautious. I know I don't need to but that experience always sits in the back of my mind. $32 every 6 months is nothing compared to my ease of mind

well you gonna be replacing the engine again down the road. the head is aluminum and it wears by that excessive use...

what do you mean? excessive use of what? you mean taking spark plugs in and out? like the threading? confused.

yup the threading, and then one or more of your spark plugs will back out around 8k or 9k rpm and boom there goes the whole engine! no more vtec for you!

think the helms lists changing the plugs at 7 yrs. or 100K miles? change them and you should be good to go for a long time. if you change them more frequently you run a higher risk of one backing out because of the above mentioned reason and due to a higher chance of human error...
