I don't know how the laws are in your state, but where I live, a shop has three chances to fix your problem, if they don't do it on the third try you get your money back.

Where are you located OP? I specialize in building S2000 motors and driveline components. If you're somewhat local to me, I can get you squared away for a much more reasonable price than any dealer would ever charge you. Satisfaction is my #1 goal and doing a few searches will find many happy customers that have driven great distances to come to me for my work. Hope I can help you out.

Thanks for the advice. I went in on Friday, but I forgot to record the sound. I'll try and get that video tomorrow.

I have a core engine that needs sleeves and pistons that I could build for you OP and you swap over that refreshed head from Honda. I can easily freight the motor to you. If I can help you out, let me know. I absolutely hate seeing stories like this....
