drove a friend's ap1 with the fidanza 8 lb fw and it was real smooth for me. the clutch was very responsive compare to my heavy ap2 22lb flywheel. I don't understand why people are having difficulty with driving a lighter fly wheel.
Whenever my clutch goes out, im definitely going with a act prolite fly wheel.

I had a stage 4 competition clutch installed during my engine swap, and a lightweight competition 11.5 lb flywheel. Has clutch buzz on decel, all depending on how fast you're going and in what gear because it's different for every gear at the same speed.
Flywheel requires slightly higher revs from launch or if you just accelerate quicker while engaging the clutch a little quicker it's smooth. Otherwise it's a little jerky if you're trying a slowwww take off. But it's a DD along with my civic, both have afermarket clutches and it's nothing to complain about, in traffic on just cruising. Also the comp clutch pedal is almost as soft as stock, was definitely surprised.
clutch was around $375, can't complain especially if stock clutch costs more...
