Help! Clutch pedal sinks at High RPM

My clutch went out on my Ap1 S2000, only mods are a K&N FIPK and a Tsudo exhaust. I bought an Exedy OEM clutch and had a guy that works as a Honda mechanic at a dealership put it in for me in his spare time (he's got a lift and garage at home). My master cylinder was leaking in the firewall a little bit so I had him put one of those in too. When I got my car back after the install there was a weird issue, my clutch pedal would sink at high rpm (above 6). The pedal itself doesn't move down, it's the engagement point. You have to press it almost all the way down to feel any pressure. If put the car in neutral or shift to a higher gear so the RPM's go down, the pressure will come back in a few seconds.
Ive read on here a lot of issues about the difficulties of bleeding the system, so we did that. I was in the car on the lift so I could manipulate the clutch pedal while the mechanic was underneath loosing the bleeder valve... That didn't work.
Next we tried putting in a new slave cylinder and bleeding the system all over again. Again same problem. Ive even tried the bleeding techniques on this forum by jacking the rear of the car up and doing all that jazz. Still no luck. The Mechanic talked to someone else that works at the Honda place and they said it sounded like the clutch was too weak. How can that be? It's an OEM clutch, but wasn't the OEM clutch designed to be strong enough for this car? Can anyone help diagnose this?
