Default Help! Car wont start after it is warm!

I have a MY 2000, i have been having an issue where the car wont start after i drive it for 15 minutes or more, unless i press the gas pedal all the way in and keep my foot on the pedal until it stabilizes..and once turned on it also stutters a bit. I changed the map sensor but it didnt help. Any ideas? This is getting annoying.

Do a compression test to rule out low compression. Hard starts with a warm engine and/or in humid weather is a symptom of low compression.

Do a compression test.Mine turned to be a leaky head gasket.Litle amount of coolant was running into 3rd and 4th cylinder and that caused the hesitation at start up and the misfiring.
