I used OEM everything except the flywheel. That means pilot and release bearing, pressure plate, and disk. You're supposed to drive 500 miles in the city to break it in, you know stop and go traffic, keeping it under 4k rpm. I dgaf and right away.

Make no mistake, every single part of the exedy oem clutch is complete garbage and doesn't share a single similarity with the oem parts you buy from Honda. The pp is hit or miss, the disc will buzz like hell, and the TO bearing will fall apart in under 20k. How the hell they are allowed to keep selling junk is a mystery.

If that pp doesn't say Honda right on it, then your issues don't surprise me at all.

Billman, JOC... are Exedy parts made in China? If so, no more needs to be said.

Not sure.

I've seen the bearings fall apart all the time, at least 5 that I know of.

USE OEM or expect problems and lots of them.
