Update:
I took it to Ballade Sports:
- Checked compression and came out to 230, 230, 230, 230
- Leakdown: 2%, 15%, 15%, 2% loss
- Swapped engine & tranny mounts with OEM mounts and issue is still there
- Swapped plugs, injectors, and coil packs to OEM and issue is still there.
- They said they think they notice a misfire
- They are 99% sure it's the motor (bottom end)

Any one have any other ideas? I want to check everything off before getting a new motor..

I would suspect the clutch since you just got it installed recently.

I would think if it had something to do with the clutch that the behavior would change based on if the clutch was in or out. Unless something physically went wrong during the install that they either didn't notice or didn't report.

This happens even when the car is not moving so it can't be the propeller shaft.

Did you have the flywheel machined or replaced when you had your clutch done? If so, did you do it or was it done by someone else?

Either that or you have some crankshaft end play.

If a misfire makes the engine shake it would also produce a CEL, IMO.
What kind of clutch was installed?
What disk, FW, PP?
Any weird clutch engagement lately?
What I mean is, when the clutch grabs does it feel different than right after the install?
If so, could mean small clutch friction parts have broken away = unbalance.

I had the flywheel replaced with a brand new Ballade Sports lightened flywhee along with the Ballade Sports NA Clutch Kit (http://www.balladesports.com/product...000-clutch-kit). All work done by Ballade Sports.

I don't know any weird clutch engagement. It seems to engage/disengagement and shift fine.
