I'm with jeffbrig on this one. We're missing details, like what your "special circumstances" were or the name of the dealership. Your story would lead us to believe that your initial denied warranty claim turned in to them doing the right thing just because you were polite.

I agree that being polite is the right thing to do and will definitely get you further than if you act rude from the start. However, I refuse to kiss butt or beg just to get someone to do what they are obligated to do in the first place. I stop being polite when someone refuses to meet their obligation to me in an effort to save a buck.

I'm glad everything worked out in the end.
I never realized, but I didn't disclose any information for you guys.

Nearest dealership motors is Moss Motors in Lafayette, LA

Bought the car from motors is Richard's Honda in Baton Rouge, LA

I actually never interacted with Moss Motors about this situation. I could have, but I guess I was overwhelmed with the whole situation.

Now, I ONLY go for warranty work, and to see the SLR- Mclaren parked in the Moss Mercedes lot...and to buy parts.

For now, I will keep the story of Moss Motors' mistakes (there were multiple) in my arsenal for if I need it later on.

"Special Circumstances" were that the failure of my differential directly correlated with the wrong fluid being put in the differential.

The problem is that the Regional "Claims Agent" knew about past warranty work, and that I had an X-Brace on the car. He didn't know anything about the fluid. I just had to tell Honda about that.

Sorry for the delay.
