Default HELP!

I have done some research on this and can't figure anything out. I have a 2001 S2000 which I have recently placed an ap2 engine in. New ecu and have had the key and ecu flashed to bypass immobiliser. I changed the head gasket in the car at around the same time and now I have no spark. I have not been able to get it to crank. Will turn over and over but I pulled the spark plug and tried with no spark as result. so far all I can think of is possibly reflashing ecu because the battery has died. Ive also read some on cam position sensors being an issue like this, crank position, and grounds. I have checked the grounds numerous times but need a wiring diagram to check immobiliser, cam position sensor, and crank. We have most the tool to check all of this out, just need other opinions to help figure out this situation. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
