HELLLP I think I blew the motor...
I think I mis shifted for a split second into second gear it went to redline for a split second before I clutched out and then at the next stop the motor felt like it was shaking. It drove fine until I stopped and then it would shake and about 2 miles later when I got to work the CEL came on and it is shaking but I don't see any oil and it doesn't seem to be over heating??? I am stuck at work and kinda scared. What do you guys think it is????

Blinking CEL?
Sounds to be you had a few valve slap the top of the pistons. This is bad to say the least. Get to towed to where you will get it fixed. It will cost 5-7K to fix.
OK, now that I put my crystal ball down. You need to get the CEL code. Your statement "motor felt like it was shaking" tell me you hurt something.

You over rev'd your motor. That means YOU put the shifter in 2nd and mechanically forced the engine to rev higher than it was ever designed to. This isn't a mechanical failure, this is a driver failure resulting in component damage on the car (same as if you spun out and hit a curb while trying to do donuts). The insurance company won't cover irresponsibility or bad shifting. If you can get them to believe it was something other than user abuse then more power to you, but this is quite common and the insurance companies aren't stupid.

Call your insurance agent and ask. Tell the truth. They may cover it.
Blinking CEL = Tow to Dealer NOW.
In your case, take it to the shop that is going to be doing the work. Hopefully have already have one lined up that has done other work.

I hope so. I jsut had it towed to the dealership. They won't be able to look at it until monday or tuesday. I am waiting for the claims adjuster to call me. I have never had to deal with this stuff before. Any tips or hints. The motor is stock except that I relocated the battery to the trunk. I planned on installing my inline pro turbo kit next week
