Correct. There are many slangs in the industry that do not coincide with factory terminology.

Blend door=mix door=mix control all the same.

Update
Thanks for the help billman and chris i got my heater working today. Though working with the rhd cars is alot harder than what it tells me to do in the service for lhd and reality you will need the out dash to access te air mixer however i some how got around that and broke my kick panel in (just from trying to remove it. . .)

In my case it was a combinations of things,

i bought a replacement motor. my air mixer in the car was quite weak compared to the replacement

Secondly was the valve cable had way to much tension. I could not move the vavle for heat doubt the motor would of been able to move it by itself. Culprit was the screw that tightened the heater valve next to battery had too much tension and it was difficult to pull or push the valve. Replaced a new screw and lubricated it and it alot easier to move

Lastly i forgot to plug the green plug that goes in the air mixer from when i replaced my interior ( i did this before buying a replacement and could hear the air mixer not able to push the vavle open)

Hope this can help someone in the future and appreciate the help guys
