Headlight out? Something else?

Headlight out? Something else?
So i noticed this the other morning on my way to the airport that the driver side head light was out for most of the ride but kicked on about 30mins from the airport. Hmmm...
Drove home about a week later (yes I had to leave the car in a parking garage...crashed my daily driver few days before) and it was working.
Drove to work this morning and i believe it was working and tonight on the way home, nothin' right from the start.
So what could it be? Bad ground? Bulb gone? Something else?
BTW 2005 w/ 21k on the clock...
Any help would be appreciated.

check the headlights relay in the box on top of the engine to the left side in front of the battery, try switching one with the other until they work fine and find out which one is bad, same thing happened to me a few days back, I also own an 05, it was the relay I'm telling you. Good luck with that and let me know. Bye

Well check the relays this morning and that didn't change things, checked the grounds and they all look good.
I tapped on the headlight a little harder then I did the other day and it came on and stayed on the whole time. Shut the lights off and turn back on, and it stays out until i tap on it.
It has been raining the past couple of days, usually stays inside when it's raining, but I can't remember but I don't recall it raining when I first noticed the issue last week.
Ideas?
