Headlight out?

Headlight out?
I fish tailed my S and hit a curb island straight on at 20-25 mph, and then my passenger side headlight unit (xenon) turned off. My signal and high beam works, but not my xenon headlight (low beam) - the driver's side headlight and xenon is fine (and on). So, I bought a pair of new xenon bulbs, changed both broken headlight (passenger) and drivers side. Still, passenger side light is off. So, apparently, the original xenon bulb is not burned/broken - something to do with the headlight unit.
What else shall I try?
I am wondering is there a way I can test the unit or parts of the headlight unit to see what is making the headlight xenon (low beam) not work?
Thanks

**High Voltage**
The Helms has a couple of tests you can do as far as connectivity and current to tha various componenets of the HID system. Then there are also the obvious fuse checks. If you know its not the bulb, I would start looking for a used ballast/ignitor.
Honda bent me over and charged me $865 parts and labor to do my passenger side-I'll never do that again!
Good luck!
