Took my car back to the dealer last night and asked them to bring a new S2K around to the service area and shine the lights on the wall. Immediately all the diagrams and pictures clicked when I saw the "correct" pattern on the wall. My car definitely has a headlight alignment issue. The service manager's response was that not once, but both times I had brought the car in to have them adjust the lights, he had a lube tech check it out because he assumed it would be a simple fix. WTH? So now he says to bring it back after the holiday and he'll have a "master tech" take care of it and if they find that there is something keeping the lights from aligning correctly from the previous front end fender bender and body work (that their associate body shop did) he will make sure it gets taken care of. What a PITA this situation has been. If I hadn't gotten the car for less than trade-in value I wouldn't have bought it knowing it had been in an accident and had body work, minor or not.

Anyway, thanks for all the replies, I will update when I get it all resolved and have some new pics.
