Default Headlight adustment height how-to needed.

I am seeking out the proper way to adjust the height from the ground of the HID low beams. Someone posted a pic right out of the manual but all it gave me was the relationship of the left and right beams. I would like to get the method for adjusting the low beams as a whole. This seems to be a harder question to answer than it should be. All posts I have read seem to hedge this. What gives? Who is the guru on the topic?

25' from the wall the beam should be 1" below the center of the projector. There is a mark on the housing.

You can also slap a 8mm socket on the back. Clockwise ("tightening") to lower and counter-clockwise ("loosening") to raise, iirc.
