Headlight Adjusting Question
Hey,
I've read up on how to adjust headlights and kinda knows what I need to do.
But the problem is that the little notch/screw thing that I'm supposed to turn is not budging?
Am I to turn it up and down accordingly to the circle? (RED)
Or turn the screw right and left CW or CCW? (BLUE)

Mine doesn't look as clean as that though (model year is 2000)
I have tried the up and down (red) direction and it's not budging even with a great amount of force.... I haven't tried the other direction though. Which is correct?
Also, the headlights are custom (previous owner), so I dunno how that plays in my lil issue
Thanks

also make sure you're using the right sized screwdriver so you're actually making correct contact with the turning mechanism. if your driver is too small, you probably won't get it to turn.
