From the feedback I have heard.............same price but Toda Cams get much more power than headers did.
This is though after he had done like everything step by step Mugen(except ECU) Headers/intake/exhaust.

If i were to do it all over again, i wouldnt
I d spend the same money on 4.44 gears instead. I m currently running the Spoon 4-2-1 header which did end up picking up a few ponies in the higher RPMs. Its also lighter weight too. Only problem was that i actually lost power until i installed my VAFC and tuned it.
I personally believe that the ring and pinion upgrade is the best bang for the buck mod available. It also how has no detrimental effects on the car or drivetrain. It actually takes stress off the drivetrain because of the different ratio.

It certainly has a huge, immediate, and low cost effect on motorcycles (although we call it changing the sprocket...).
On cars, however, the installation is a job that scares me off from doing it myself, and I'm not sure how many shops I trust to do it right either.

When you change the gears, wont you lose a bit of gas mileage due to a higher revving engine? I would definately be interested in re-gearing if I could pick up some more speed in 1'st gear. I thought Spoon makes gears for the car, maybe I am wrong, but I will look into it...
