Default Header

Approximately how much would it cost to professionally install a set of headers into a 2002 S2000?

THanks

<$200

Do it yourself...it's not that difficult to do. In fact....it's pretty easy if you have tools.

There is only one header on the s2k...so right there you saved money!

That is unless you really want a set installed...then you will have to pay out the ass while the mechanic figures out how to attach the 2nd header someplace so that it looks like it's doing something.

Some header installs are a bit more difficult. My old Spoon header wouldn't fit, so I had to detach the motor mount, jack motor slightly, then put the header in place. It still wasn't overly difficult, but not as easy as a Mugen.

It was a bitch getting mine in but the mechanic did it. I wouldn't attempt without a lift personally because you can't get the right viewpoints lying on your back.

Cost less than $100 for my mech to install.

It's definitely something you can do on your own - the only big issue is getting the damn thing to fit in there - not much room to work with
