head knocking, I'm lost... help if you can

Glad to see my video is helping people out! Too bad it means you need a new block
if you bore out the cylinder walls you loose the nikaseal coating... unless your sleaving you might as well go for a new block. I found a block for cheap money and then just put my old head on that...
Get those oil bolts changed! its not worth the added costs of a new block! Its like 11 dollars a bolt.

So yeah, I pulled the head today (with lots of help from pushinlsteg) And here is the end result of me not finding out about the oil bajo bolt upgrade sooner. Cylinder 4 failure. What options do I have from here on out? Is getting the block re-sleeved better than just starting with a new short block? Which one is more $? And what else am I going to need to pretty much re-fresh this motor and make it like new again. I have 90k on it and I want it to run like its brand new again, and I figure while its gonna be out I might as well do it right. Here are a few pics I took of the damage.....
Just a view of all of th cylinders......See the problem yet? lol
Normal cylinder wall....Notice the nice shiny nikaseal coating....
Cylinder 4 hotness....literally...lol.
Not so shiny....
The valves over cylinders 1,2 and 3 looked like this....
Now on to the valves over cylinder 4......
The spark plug for cylinder 4 was melted....the electrode was gone. That isnt pictured though. I replaced it to limp the car to my grandparents driveway where I took it apart. So lets hear some opinons of what my next step should be!

The plugs were oem honda, I bought them from the dealer. Anyone know where I can get a good deal on a shortblock? I will keep this one and slowly build it for future use., but for now I need a shortblock....and fast. Tired of bumming rides to work from my fiance...Plus its geting warmer out..top down weather is approaching.

I recently did the same thing in my 00 with 30,000, except my 80 shot nossel fell out of the nitrous line and i didn't know it. It ran real strong for a month, but racing a eclipse i lost power at about 7000rpms and my cel started flashing. I heard the knocking noise so i pulled my head appart and it looks exactly like this excepte it was in the cylender closest to the firewall. Also 3 of the spark plugs were melted off only one was in descent condition. My question is what do i have to do to make a 2.2 shortblock work with my 2.0 head, and is this better than putting a 2.0 short block back in it?
