Head gasket removal question.

Head gasket removal question.
So this F22C I picked up off someone on clist and the engine is literally brand new. Well upon further inspection there are some pieces of junk sitting in the head from sitting in this guys garage "most likely uncovered". Before I start the engine I feel I should tear it down and blow everything out and put it back together. The engine has not been run yet. Would it be ok to re torque the same head gasket once removed? It will be a N/A build and it looks to be a O.E.M. head gasket installed.
Ill buy a new head gasket but if it is perfectly fine to re use I wouldn't mind saving myself the $100 or so on a new head gasket.

maybe you could. however i wouldn't. even tho the motor has not been heat cycled (or it may have been?) they could have tq'd it down not in order, or a million other things .
who built the motor? don't they break them in on an engine dyno?
