Maybe you have an install issue with wideband.
Check that the sensor ground is good and everything is wired as intended. It is VERY finicky with this stuff.
If not, there is a setting for the wideband feedback that might need adjustment. I don't remember it off the top of my head since I'm haven't gotten to learning the intimate details of the w02 feedback tab - has to do with accel/decel delay so that the wideband overlooks this condition. The wideband feedback might be overreacting when it senses a throttle blip during a accel fuel pump (or lack of) causing rev hang.
It is normal for wideband to go lean at the end of a throttle blip. The afr will go slightly richer or stable (due to accel fuel pump) and then go full lean as soon as decel fuel cut kicks in when throttle is ~1% and/or sufficient vacuum. Maybe check the decel fuel cut rpm override is too high?
Depending on what rpm it is blipped to, if its low rpm like under 2500 it might hang because of the DFC override hands it back to the idle control to let it down slowly (too early) instead of cutting fuel
I don't even have a gauge on my own car but I knw what it looks like on datalog graphs
