Thanks everyone for the help. Battery was dead but that was the only issue. And yes it's a CA thing since we don't have to winterize our cars.

personally i pull the fuel fuse and crank the motor until the oil pressure light shuts off. then replace the fuse, prime the fuel system by letting the pump run for a second and then hit it.

drive for 15-25 mins and change the oil. for the record, i didnt even go through 1 tank of gas last summer

It's only been down for a month. Check oil, insert key, rotate key, press button, drive to LA.
