Has anyone returned their intake back to stock?
I am returning my intake to stock and need a pick of how to hook up the hoses correctly and does anyone, off hand, know the diameter of the hoses needed for this. The dealer doesn't have them in stock.....

Check this thread...

All OEM hose sizes/part numbers that you need are stated.
This is the installation instruction for the AEM CAI.

Maybe this can help you locate the proper hosing location/hook up.

If you know any other owners in your area with stock intakes you should consider asking them to be your "model" for reconnecting everything. Pics are helpful but nothing beats the real thing.
You should consider getting an Injen or AEM CAI. No probs and a 10 hp gain on the butt dyno.

how far down does the aem filter sit? I am looking into purchasing one but I drive daily and dont trust the bypass valve, and when it rains i end up going through some deep puddles, don't want to risk sucking up water.

Blade, the K&N Aircharger is another good "box-style" system. 'bout $240 I believe. The Typhoon is their version of the AEM, Injen style but the Aircharger kit keeps the filter in the engine bay albeit protected with a heat shield box.
I saw a dyno with it installed on the S2000 and it got arund 9 peak horsepower, very impressive. Short ram baby! My Weapon R will be getting some tinkering done this weekend, courtesy of home depot.
