has anyone notice a tube next to the header??

i went under my car to see if i can loosen up the stock exhaust manifold and i noticed a open ended tube like it was suppose to be connected to something or what not..... does anybody know anything of this??

That is coming from the ac. It is supposed to release condensation. It is not supposed to be connected.
