I tried it, couldn't tell a difference. My guess is it would make a difference for pure water but, anti-freeze already has "wetters" built in.

What would you expect it to do? It's not going to make it run any cooler than the thermastat set point. The only thing you'd notice would be when the cooling system gets overworked and starts to creep, say at the track. You might see a difference then.

I heard you are NOT suppose to run this stuff at all for street use.

Well, I wouldn't run distilled water, it'll F the seals up but, there's nothing on the container about not running it on the street.

I've used it on all 3 of my hondas, and nothing ever happened to the cooling system. it lowered temps over 20 deg on my turbo prelude

Water wetter is the recommended coolant with the CTSC setup w/aftercooler. It is mixed with distilled water also.

WaterWetter is designed to be mixed with water as a substitute for anti-freeze which is not permitted on some tracks. Although it will mix with coolant that contains anti-freeze it is not really needed and usually results in staining plastic parts, leaving a black coating on overflow reservoirs.
