Prepare for a complete rebuild. you may need a head and block depending on how much damage the valve did. Dropping a valve is never good.

Dropping a valve sucks.. What I am going to do, depending on damages, is buy a lower mileage short block.. maybe sell what is good on my motor and just get a imported one. We'll see though.
