Fine - they used a threaded insert or tack welded nut but the LOCTITE??!??!?... OMG... WHY?!?
The locktite is required to hold the screws as without it they vibrate out extremely quickly. Unfortunately I know this from experience after the mechanism caused me a lot of trouble some years ago.

The striker bolts use blue Loctite and that is sufficient to keep them from coming loose, all that is needed.
