The rear adjustment is behind the B pillar covers. It is shown in the instructions.

I had the instructions and don't recall seeing anyhing that referred to any type of adjustment.
Oh well, maybe I just lucked out.

The holes in the rear brackets where they bolt to the top are slotted.

Slots in the bolt holes?
Sorry but I don't recall this feature either.
Is it possible that I just didn't notice? I can only answer with a maybe.
It would seem that I would have noticed something this obvious.
Are we both talking about OEM?
Perhaps there are two different installation kits available for the S is the closest guess I can make at the moment.

Yes, OEM. The bolt holds holding the rear mechanism to the top. Behind the B-pillar trim.

Look at step 13 and 14.

ok i got the instructions and i did everything except obviously install the hard top and it honestly should take no more than 20 minutes to do every minus align the thing, provided i'm given the right hardwear. but if any body else has run into issues or snags and feel they might be worth posting please do so i can make this a simple install, so i can get back to SEMA. I orginally am going out to Vegas to go to Sema but saw that Desert Honda was selling HT for a pretty decent price and i had been elooking at them for some time so i'm making a pit stop there to pick up a hardtop. So far dealing with Desert Honda has been nothing but very pleasant, Ken the internet sales manager is a bad ass and definatly a very great guy to deal with. So if you have been thinking about getting a HT buy from him. PM me if you want his direct number
Thank you guys for all the info i appreciate it and keep it comin

I gotcha. Yes those are the same instructions I used with the exception of 14,15,and 16.
I had installed the catchers 2-3 months ahead of time and didn't remember these final steps.
I put the HT on and everything seems perfect so far for about 9 months down the road . Glad to be reminded of this just in case that at a later time I did notice a leak I can at least attempt to fix it.
Sorry for being so disagreeing. You were right and I was wrong and have to admit, might have been just lucky..

^ yup. the soft top is folded down when you clip on the HT. so when you remove the HT, just fold your soft top back up.

the HT install kit is only done once - you don't have to remove it when you remove the HT.
