what usually helps me is when i turn on the car and its warming up, go through the gears 1-2-3-4-5-6 do it a couple times, and rarely does that happen.

I've now encountered another little weird problem...
It now seems like when I get out of 2nd or third.. it feels like i'm pulling the gear out without pressing the clutch.... this happens randomly... just like the difficulty with getting into gear... now it feels like its hard to get out of gear.... it slides out... but feels like i'm doing it without pressing the clutch...

happens to me as well... i changed out the fluid and the shifting action got better, but it still 'grinds' (is hard) to get into 1st sometimes, as well as feeling like extra effort is needed to remove the shifter out of gear when coming to a stop... i will check the clutch fluid soon to see if its dark or low...

OK.. i think i sorta figured this out.. lemme know if anyone else has this problem..
1. hard shifts in cold weather (or as of late) - doing the little trick of shifting through the gears before taking off seems to have resolved this problem...
2. hard time getting out of 2nd or 3rd... well.. i've noticed that this happens when I engine break down to about 1000 rpm... when I press the clutch, the engine kinda revs a bit, and that's when it's kinda hard to get out of gear... anyone else notice this?
It only seems to happen within the first 10~20 minutes of my drive...
