if it only happens in cold weather, what type of oil weight are you using? 10w-30? or anything higher than that?
if your battery and alt is god then its something with the engine.
pull the plugs and see if they are still good

Just cleaned the iac valve and the map sensor. Still doing the same thing. I have changed the plugs, oil, filter, battery, cam position sensors and starter. Using Mobile 1 10w-30. Plugs were good when I pulled them and did the compression test. Still no cel.
