my guess would be the starter. definetly sounds like its not spinning over fast enough. next time it happens consistently have someone tap the starter with a prybar/hammer contraption and se eif the engine cranks faster.

Didn't fix the problem, still does it. Car just sits in the garage. Its a shame, would love to drive it but it pisses me off to the point where I don't wanna deal with it.

Finally pulled the starter today, took it to Autozone and got it tested. Said it was good but the guy said he has seen them pass but were bad. New one will be in Tuesday. Will keep everyone posted.
