Default Ground location for brake lights

Where on the 2000 s2k is all 3 brake lights grounded? Based on my research this is what i've deteremined: Not the switch cruize control works. Not the fuze the horn works. Must be a ground then eh? despite me reading the trunk stop bar is grounded different than the two stop lights(both when out at once), and based on observation of the bulb it has 3 wires going into it, 1 ground and 2 power. one power for running lights and one power for brake lights, since one bulb shares a common ground for both filaments in the bulb its impossible for it to be a ground because my running lights work, answering my own question just now so whats left? anyone? any idea? btw i did change the bulbs, even though the trunk stop bar doesn't work so i knew they wern't blown.

Is there another fuze other than the #47 under the hood? apparently when this blows you lose your horn. like i said mine works and i put a fresh fuze in the i think 23 slot in the kick panel, the fuze i took out was a unblown 15 amp... its supposed to have a 10 amp in i guess but it's been that way since i bought the car 4 years ago.
