Default Grinding when engaging the clutch?

Recently I've noticed a grind when engaging/disengaging the clutch. Any ideas? Clutch looked fine about 5k miles ago. It wasn't slipping either. Pedal is also squeaky and sticks as well. I just hope it didn't wear prematurely. I only have 72,000 miles on it. No launching or anything to burn it out quicker than usual. Thanks in advance.

Try this: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/370...-clutch-pedal/
and/ or this: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/441...m/page__st__25

Worked for me. Make sure to use the Honda Super High Temp Urea grease and no substitute.
