Default grinding sound on car *UPDATED WITH VIDEO *

So i'm having some problems with my car.

Grinding sound starts always, but much louder when accelerating, the grinding sound which varies by rpm can sometimes be almost silent at certain rpms.

I thought it was the throw out bearing, so i replaced that the other night. Still the same sound.

I took a video, will upload it soon.

Also on a side note, the front wheels when jacked up were hard to spin, maybe a locked brake caliper or bad wheel bearing? i cant tell if the sound is coming from the front wheels, it sounds like the tranny area

UPDATE
grinding fun

could my prop shaft be making grinding sounds?

rear of prop shaft? = drive shaft->diff connection?

if so, you probably have a bad diff by now..

what would make the grinding sound, and why would it be louder when accelerating?

You should drain the diff fluid and look for any chunks or anything in the oil.

well i was thinking goto the garage, put the car up on jack stands, and have someone coast it a bit in 2nd, and then walk around the car and try to get an idea of were its coming from..

that could rule out tranny, prop shaft, front wheels, diff, wheel bearings.
