Whats happening is you are engaging/disengaging the throw out bearing and turning the transmission input shaft. So when you hear a noise at idle with clutch out, these are both engaged and moving and has to be one of those two things causing the noise, which shouldn't be there. You said the throw out bearing was replaced? If so, signs are pointing to not clutch buzz or solely so, but actually a transmission issue.

I assumed it could very well be a transmission issue, Only cause since hearing the noise, I felt the transmission feeling a lot looser and rattley.
The sound doesn't bother me at all, it's a sports car but, I take my daughter to school daily and I just didnt want something to happen while driving it and put her at risk somehow.

Well you wouldn't be putting her or yourself at risk per say, but you would be inconvenienced waiting on the side of the road for a tow truck. Ive had this problem with two transmission in this car. Both times the trans failure was abrupt however still allowed me to get it into gear (with a hell of a racket mind you) but was able to navigate a few miles to park the car in a decent location. One time I was able to make it a good 10 miles home and start shopping for a replacement. But its sort of luck of the draw on how the trans will let go. Yours sounds like its getting pretty close to failure with how noisy it is and the fact that its feeling sloppy/play. If that's indeed the issue, im reluctant to think its the clutch.

I had the same noise after my clutch was changed(also changed slave, throw out bearing, clutch fork,trans fluid, clutch fluid) . I had Exedy OEM replacement. Got the disc changed with Honda OEM and it quited down a bit but I still hear some sort of noise coming while decel. I also get sandy/gritty clutch pedal from time to time, but it is not consistent. I also have the same problem with reverse, it kinda takes 2 tries and I have to let the clutch go a little bit for it to get into gear. No problems with other gears tho, actually haven't had a miss shift since the clutch change. I will let you know if I find any fix for the sound. I have had this sound for a while(5k miles), so I do not think it is a huge problem since it doesn't get worse or effect the performance.
