Grinding noise from engine

I know it sounds a little over the top but I have been planning on rebuilding the bottom end since the motor showed signs of age and the compression test was close to min limit. I am the 4th owner and I'm almost certain this engine has been driven hard for all 169k miles. Also I found a clip of a guy who blew his motor and it sounds the same as mine did when I first heard the sound when I came to a stop after.

So to close out this thread, my findings after tearing down the engine was that the main and rod bearings of #4 were grooved pretty badly and were out of clearance by .020mm. The wrist pins of #3 and #4 were grooved and really worn but I was unable to take measurements. So far my new rebuild has been successful, other than the weird RC car noise coming from the front of the engine.
