Grinding?
Here are the facts......
2000 Silverstone Ap1 with 70,000 miles. All stock except carbon fiber radiator plate. I went racing last night, and after letting off, i noticed my car did not want to go into gear. Up until that point, my car ran fine, it was almost instant that the gearbox started gettting "notchy" I just had my master clutch cylander replaced today, and the system bled. The car got better in terms of shifting, but only at low speeds. Downshifting is amost impossible wihtout grinding or scraping. I really am clueless here, and dont know what it could be. Firestone told me the slave is fine, but that i was leaking fluid from the master, so i thought it would be fine after replacing it! how do i know whats wrong?

What kind of brake fluid did you (they?) use?
Based on your story it sounds like trapped air in the clutch hydraulics to me.
When was the last time the transmission oil was changed?

Read the FAQs/DIYs about bleeding your clutch slave cylinder, print them off, and take them to a competent mechanic. If you want to push your luck then take the instructions back to Firestone and have them recheck the car. All the information in the world is here for you to educate yourself.
