Grinding from from 2nd to 3nd
Hi,
I have ATS 4.46 and ACT flywheel. When I try to shift from 2nd to 3nd, at rev limiter (but also at low rev), my gear grind. It happens particularly exiting from a bend. I don't know if in the transition gear train moves and then when I try to shift to 3nd, my gear grind... sometimes happen from 3nd to 4nd too... is it a syncro problem? What could be the solution.
Do you know if synchronizers, for EU MY06 and USA MY06 are the same?

How many miles are on your s2k? I'm assuming it's a 2006 based on your questions? How recently was the fluid changed? Did this problem start shortly after installing the aftermarket flywheel/clutch? Is the problem equally bad regardless of the transmission temperature? We need more information here...

I change my question. Do USA AP2 (F22C) synchro (1-2 and 3-4 gear) fit USA AP1 (F20C) ones?
As I know, gear update from USA AP1 to AP2 interested carbon synchro, secondary shaft (which reduced gear from 1-4 by -4%) and gear ratio of 5th and 6th gear. Am I correct?
