Default got a lil problem

I had a little spin out in the parking lot and hit a curb with my front passenger tire sliding at an angle. Now whenever I go over a speed bump or a rough surface, I can hear this "thump" from the passenger side. The tire part hit the curb, not the wheel. I took off the wheel and looked around and nothing seems to be out of shape.
So what could I have damaged or maybe its normal or maybe its just me hearing noises.

There's plenty that could have been distorted that would be difficult to see from just a visual inspection.Struts ,control arms, and the like.

How's the car tracking down a straight strectch of road as it is? If it's not pulling to one side or the other with a light hand on the wheel ,and tracks well ,no need for alignment. Try to reproduce the thump sound by pushing up and down on the front end passenger side and see if you can narrow it down. An assistant would be helpful.
