I went to Honda and got the code which is "P01411 BI SI Sensor is bad". The code IS P01411 from Honda not P0141. Service adviser told me it was the primary O2 sensor problem. Then I went to Autozone for a double check and I got the same answer there. However, ppl here say that P0141 is the secondary O2 sensor.... I am so confused... . I already order the Primary O2 Sensor online ... can I modify it into secondary O2 sensor if it is really the secondary O2 sensor failure?

The last time I got code po411.Don't know it is the same problem as your;However,I checked from FI forums and found out It was a vacuum leak.

Primary and secondary oxygen sensors are different, and they will not swap.
