Good or Bad news?
I bought my S 3 months ago and the engine light is on because of the damaged rear oxygen sensor. I was about the get a new one to replace it this week(I need to pass smog check). so here is the surprise...I was driving over 110 on the freeway back to home yesterday night(a 03 sentra seR pissed me off...). After I got home (of course I won), I recognized the engine light is off...so should I feel happy or what? I doubted how the sensor went back to working condition...
Should I just leave it alone and go pass smog check?
Thanks...

1) You're going to need to drive a few more times, ~400 miles to be able to pass smog. Even if the CEL is off, the monitors should still have it logged and you won't pass (in Cali anyways). Also it will take a couple of driving cycles to see if the code comes back, you don't want a surprise when a smog tech turns the car on and you've already agreed to pay.
2) For numerous amount of reasons, no one here cares how fast you were going [I'm not gonna call you out incase you get to edit it before the wolves get to you, and rightfully so].
