have you stopped and looked at the picture i posted? you can clearly see that the radio and push start button are on the right and the a/c stuff is on the left, meaning oposite side of where my stuff would be, hince my question of what would be needed, is just extending cable so that they extende to the oposite side, the gauge cluster should fit just fine and it should not change to KIL/hr being that can already be done with the USDM cluster's you you press and hold one of the buttons as indicated and it goes from MPH to KPH all i care to find out if the switch would just require extension of cable and if not how difficult would it be to do and what all else is require, i miss asked the question on my original post, sorry for the confussion

Please read my post above. I didn't realize you had edited your post with a picture.

You may possibly have an issue with the angle of the ducts going into the vents. not sure...

I'm looking forward to the stories where you intend to turn up the volume but crank up the A/C fan instead

good question, i guess by removing mine i'll be able to look to see if the USMD has a difference on the right, which at that point i could safely assume that the JDM one wold have a different lip on the left

I've swapped dash trim before...not RHD/LHD, just silver (faded) to black.

I don't think it's exactly symmetrical.

I don't think it's exactly symmetrical...look at the pic in the bottom/middle. If you're doing JUST the AC and radio controls, that could very well work, but no guarantee.

I really don't see the point.
