this reminds me of some kid on honda-tech. he made a post about his car not moving so i told him to remove the ebrake, i even made a diagram on how to do it

There's still some resistance. You still have the cams fighting the valve springs. On my car (w/ Toda valvesprings) it's definitely a noticeable amount of resistance.
But, definitely, removing the compression force by removing the spark plugs relieves the primary source of resistance (assuming the car's not in gear, like this guy).

You are still rotating everything inside they engine. It will take some effort to do that. Pulling the plugs makes it 90% easier to turn.
