Gear knob vibrations
A usuall "phenomenon" that I experienced in S2k is the vibrations of the gearbox knob. I am not talking about that as a problem (eg. broken engine base) but something that I've seen it in all s2k's that I driven or be a passenger. Because of lack of this deep mechanical knowledges could anyone tell me why is this happening? Shouldn't HONDA solve it in the very first of car's production? Thank you in advance!

The gear lever basically sits on top of the transmission with no linkage, ie cable. So all that wonderful vibration from the drivetrain is directly transmitted through the shifter.
One of the things I (and almost everyone) love about the S2000, the direct feel of the shifter, nothing to solve in my opinion.

Rumors say that the very first s2k in japan had a chuck norris signature in the radio door and that every time you shift (especially the first, third and fifth gear) the shift knob feels so afraid that tremors, its all about ancestors gene library, nothing to do mate

You're basically correct, but there is a linkage, otherwise you wouldn't be shifting anything!
Its a direct linkage, so there's nothing to damp the vibrations.
