Gauge Cluster LED Replacement
Just bought a new car and one of the LEDs that is the background to the tachometer is out, is there a DIY out there on how to replace it? All I could find is the Qube Led mod and I just want to replace it and I have no interest in changing colors.
Thanks

yeah all of the bulbs are incandescent, you might as well purchase all new bulbs and swap them out at one time, they will contnue to fail one by one and you don't want to be pulling the instrument cluster everytime it happens. When I bought my car it had about 6 bulbs that were burned out. Your Honda dealer can get you all of the bulbs you need.
The LED replacement thread is a great source of info, I'm not saying have to replace your bulbs with LED's but that thread has good info on replacing bulbs in general. Check it out here:

The cluster uses the same type of bulbs that install the same way as the other bulbs in the above listed thread link, if you go to majestichonda.com and look up the instrument cluster it will show you the bulbs used for the cluster, but the parts guy at a dealership should be able to figure out how many you need of each variety. I would swap them all out if you are going in there.
