Gas pedal is sticking.
This is hard to explain, but I will try my best. When starting off from a complete stop, the gas pedal sticks on me. Thus its difficult to roll off the line smoothly. I spoke with a dealer and he says that Hondas have a tendency to accumulate some build up in the throttle body where the plate is that opens and closes the throttle body. Sorry if I confused any of you, but let me know what you think.

First, crawl under the dash on the driver's side with a flashlight and check out the gas pedal. Push the pedal full travel (with engine OFF, of course) and see if anything is snagging the cable or catching the pedal in any way.
Then go under the hood and grab the disc the end of the throttle cable is attached to and operate the throttle full travel. Is it sticking up there? Do the cable retract smoothly into it's sheath? How much free play do you have in the exposed cable at the throttle body? By doing these, you should be able to narrow down where it is sticking. You can try to use some silicone spray on the throttle plate mechanism and even try to squirt some down the sheath as best you can. Move the throttle plate around to work the silicone in. DO NOT spray any inside the intake.
