guesses, and guesses only here:

1. Check that all your CV boots are in-tact. The 'squirt' noise could be grease squeezing out of a crack or hole, and it's so viscous that it wouldn't immediately drip but rather sling off as you drive.

2. Is there an overflow vent for the diff somewhere? I don't know, and I'm leaving it to the orignal OP to do the research. However the OP said they changed the diff fluid recently, and if it is slightly over-filled, perhaps it's simple pressure relief we're hearing. It wouldn't have to be so much that measurable fluid would come out and drip.

I recall reading in the owners manually never to start the car lifted and put it into gear. Said it was bad for the diff.

Might want to look into that.

I actually recently replaced the two rear diff mounts, so I don't think it's that. You might be seeing a lot of movement because the whole car was on jackstands for the videos, so there wouldn't be any opposing force.

I think my next step is to try changing the diff fluid back to Honda OEM. Is there any scientific amount that needs to go in there? I just added fluid until it trickled out, like in the DIY sticky, but are there specifics like car should be in gear, not in gear, etc?
Yep,dats what the manual says, put fluid in diff til it drips out, replace plug. Here is a question for you:What fluid did ya put in your Diff? As I recall there is no OEM specific replacement fluid.Just a recommendation of 75W90 @ 1 liter. And did ya replace both crush washers?

Used Mobile 1 75w90. And only replaced the upper crush washer, forgot to buy lower. But there are no signs of leaks.

My next step will probably be to replace the fluid again, this time with Honda OEM stuff.
