if not ill diagnose my pre o2 n my ecu n hopefully it is not ECU or ill be crying LoL.

About the sensor as a noob tech. (me)
i certainly know if the o2 is reading 0v means lean , 1v means rich.

ive been fixing ppls cars for years and ive been looking for a job as entry lvl tech but noone want to hire me :'(
if im wrong about volt reading, maybe thats why shop owners dont want to hire me ;'(

anyway, thanks guys ill update the thread once i get everything fixed
feel free to leave suggestions and comments.
Entry level jobs pay peanuts, making $10/hr is no way to make a living, you're better off independent, find a place you can rent a lift, if they charge $20/hr you charge customers $40-50, which is still cheaper than most shop rates, that's what I do. I have all my own tools and special equipment, and just rent a lift whenever someone needs something, I'm saving up money to start my own shop. I also have a part time job doing alignments for an exotic car dealership, they pay well but there's not enough work.

Anyway back to your car issue, the voltage on the o2 should cycle back between 200mv to 600mv rapidly at idle, if not it's lazy, probably a good idea to change it out.
