I would suggest a manual.

The pump is in the fuel tank. You have to pull the panel at the back of the rear parcel shelf, then the parcel shelf itself (drops out through spare tyre well into boot). You should pull the fuel pump fuse and tunr the engine over to release pressure in the lines. Then remove the fuel tank out cover (3 bolts from memory), disconnect wires and lines, inner cover (8 bolts), lift out assembly, disassemble and replace.

This is one of my least favourite tasks.
